| 5/13/2025 | The Madrigals are an auditioned choir, and along with being the top group at Grand Ledge High School, they are considered one of the finest vocal ensembles in the area. Students excel at Solo & Ensemble and Choral Festivals, State Honors Choirs, All-State Choir, and the Michigan Youth Arts Festival. Join us for a varied program from classical to contemporary selections. The Madrigals are directed by Sheri Peterson, the 2023 Michigan School Vocal Music Association Teacher of the Year. Tickets are available through gloperahouse.com or at the door, opening at 6:45. Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students. This performance is sponsored by the Friends of the Opera House and the Harlan and Betty MacDowell Concert Foundation.
