Sponsorship Opportunities
We have an optimistic event calendar for 2024! The Chamber's community events have been booked. Please visit the home page for a complete list of events. Please also note that some of these might be subject to change per state regulations and guidelines.
The past few years we have been able to host events for this community - mostly free ones - because of the generous support of our donors and Chamber members. This year we are hoping that will be no different.

Networking Events Sponsor (all year long)
- $500 Silver Sponsor - Coffee and Conversation, mixers, and Spring Fling expo events; logo will be connected to all events and outreach opportunity available.
American Flags on the Bridge (March - November)
- Donations are consistently accepted to restore the American Flags and keep the hardware for the poles in working order. The flags on hung on the Bridge Street bridge from before St. Patrick’s Day Parade until after Veterans Day Your name will be listed on the website as a donor.

Market on the Grand - Saturdays, June 1 -September 28 from 9am-1pm on River St at Jaycee Park

Music in the Park - Thursdays, June 20 - August 15 from 7-9pm at Jaycee Park on the Rotary Club Performance Stage
- $6000 Exclusive Presenting Sponsor (Only 1 available) - logo prominently displayed on the event poster as well as on the chamber website, newsletter, Facebook, and large banner during the weekly event. Announcements will be made during each concert. Sponsor will be offered outreach opportunities each week and speaking engagement.
$3000 Exclusive T-shirt Sponsor(Only 1 available) - logo on the event t-shirts as well as logo on the event poster, chamber website, newsletter, Facebook, and a yard sign at each weekly event. Announcements made during each concert. Grand Ledge Fall Festival and Beer Fest - Saturday, October 5
$2500 Presenting Sponsor(Only 1 available) - logo on Chamber website, enewsletter, Facebook, banners hung in town, outreach opportunity and 6 tickets to the beer fest, if desired.$2500 Beer Glasses Sponsor(Only 1 available) - logo will be printed on the glasses that are handed out to attendees, having your company logo on the event poster, chamber website, enewsletter, Facebook, banner hung at the baseball field and 6 tickets to the Beer Festival event. Bridge Street Trick or Treat - Friday, October 25 from 5pm-7pm on Bridge Street
- $500 Gold - logo on all available signage in the Bridge Street Plaza and online. All sponsors will receive an outreach spot in the plaza if desired.
Holiday Season Parade and Festivities - Friday, December 6 on Bridge Street
- $500 Gold Sponsor - support the holiday programs of decorating downtown light poles, Christmas tree lighting, and Christmas parade on Friday, December 6 having your logo on Chamber website, enewsletter, Facebook, signage in Bridge Street Plaza and announcements during the parade.
