The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of the Chamber and is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the organization. This role requires a passionate advocate for local businesses, a skilled communicator, and a collaborative leader.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Chamber office and staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans to support Chamber growth and community impact
- Foster relationships with local businesses, government officials, and community organizations
- Plan, execute or facilitate Chamber events, including networking mixers, festivals, and educational workshops
- Lead fundraising efforts and manage the Chamber’s budget and financial health
- Promote Chamber membership and provide value to members through services and advocacy
- Represent the Chamber in public forums and media engagements
- 3+ years of leadership experience in nonprofit, business, or community development
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience in event planning, fundraising, and marketing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a board of directors
- Has a passion for community engagement
- Salary based on experience.
