Grand Ledge Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber is once again hosting its annual Grand Ledge Fall Festival on Saturday, October 3 from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM. There will be crafters, food trucks, artists, handmade items, businesses doing outreach, and regular Market on the Grand vendors selling produce and homemade goodies.

To maintain a balanced marketplace, ensure diversity, and give every vendor the absolute best opportunity to maximize sales, our vendor selection is a juried process.

Application Requirements & Important Details:

• Deadline: We will be limiting the number of vendors, so register soon and before Thursday, September 24.
   
• ​The Selection Process: Applications are reviewed by our event committee. We intentionally limit overlapping vendors so that our selected vendors aren't competing against identical products. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee placement.
   
• Vendor Fee: A non-refundable $50 registration fee is required at the time of submission. If you are not selected by the committee for this event, your fee will be fully refunded.
   
• ​Approved Vendors: All approved vendors will receive their location information within a week of the event. Vendors can set up starting at 7:00 AM and must be cleared out by 7:00 PM.

The Chamber will NOT be accepting registrations from any political parties!

Important Vendor Policy: The Chamber recognizes that unexpected circumstances may arise. While vendor fees are non-refundable, registrations may be transferred to another vendor with prior notification to the Chamber. This flexibility allows us to allocate event resources efficiently. By completing registration, vendors acknowledge and agree to this policy.
