Thank you for your interest in partnering with the Grand Ledge Area Chamber of Commerce for our upcoming community events! We are dedicated to creating a vibrant, high-energy dining corridor that offers an exceptional experience for our patrons and maximum success for our vendors.

To maintain a balanced marketplace, ensure menu diversity, and give every participating food truck the absolute best opportunity to maximize sales, our vendor selection is a juried process.

Application Requirements & Important Details:

• The Selection Process: Applications are reviewed by our event committee. We intentionally limit overlapping food categories so that our selected vendors aren't competing against identical menus. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee placement.

• Licensing: All applicants are required to upload a current copy of their Mobile Food Establishment License / Health Department Permit during the digital application process. Acceptable formats include JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX.

• Vendor Fee: A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of submission. If your truck is not selected by the committee for this event, your fee will be fully refunded.
