Ages 16+. In recognition of Native American Heritage Month, join us to learn and sample some of the foods important to Native Americans in the Great Lakes region, how it was gathered and prepared-- and try some for yourself! Laura Echelbarger will present foods significant in Anishinabek culture, both pre and post-colonial. We'll try wild rice, learn about the "three sisters", wild game, fry bread, and more!
