May is here and this month we are in full swing of our community events opening back up!
Some of them will be looking a little different still, but we are so glad we can host events for the community to showcase what a great place Grand Ledge is to live and do business.

Tomorrow night is our Chamber Dinner at Fitzgerald Park.
The grab and go picnic style meal will be free for the 65 attendees who registered. Food, drinks and dessert will be provided by Brick Haven Brewery, Log Jam Restaurant and Flour Child Bakery.
Awards will be given out for educator, volunteer and businesses. Program starts at 5:30 with entertainment by Clique.
If you are attending, please bring a chair and weather appropriate attire.
In case of rain, we will be under the pavilion.

Our next Mix and Mingle will be at Brick Haven Brewing Company located at 200 E Jefferson Street on Thursday May 13th at 7pm.
All chamber members in attendance get two free drink tickets.

Market on the Grand starts Saturday May 22nd at Jaycee Park! Currently 15 vendors have signed up to be there each week and we have 25 vendors in total.
The weekly event every Saturday from 9am-1pm will run through October 2nd.

This year we will have a one day celebration on Saturday June 19th.
Our morning Market on the Grand will be a bit larger, Global Village will play in the pavilion around 7pm and fireworks will blast off when it is dark.
The bridge will not be closed this year, but we will be posting a map of where to enjoy the fireworks around town.

4th Fridays Grand Ledge
Every Fourth Friday of the month think Grand Ledge!
We invite you to visit some of our chamber member businesses in Bridge Street Plaza on the 4th Friday of the month along with all our other businesses who will have deals and specials those days!

The Consumers Energy Chamber Bucks Program is continuing in our community!
Be sure and use your bucks at the participating stores so we can keep writing checks.
About two thirds of the bucks have been turned in, so keep 'em coming so we can write checks to businesses!

We have T-shirts you can purchase to help support local businesses! For each item purchased, $8 goes to help our businesses.
|
|
We are having a lot of fun getting out into the businesses and recording videos with them.
It has helped us to get to know the business owners in a fun and engaging way.
Each week we will share a new video on our Grand Ledge Chamber of Commerce - YouTube channel!
