We are embracing March with the hopes that the sunshine and the lack of snow on the ground will continue!
More steps are being taken to have community events this summer. Can we all say Music in the Park? YES! Plans are in the works, but we are adhering to the state health guidelines as we start to think how this summer will look for our chamber programs.
Below is an updated calendar of chamber events with some of the updates we have already made.
We appreciate your continued support to make Grand Ledge a great place to live and do business!

Many of our local companies are still struggling to stay alive and we want to do whatever we can to help them in their endeavors.
For more information about this monthly event please click here!
Some of the Bridge Street businesses are planning a Spring into Grand Ledge Day in their stores.
Be sure and check out their deals and drawings Saturday March 20th from 10am-4pm.
For more information, see one of the retailers listed. Market on the Grand vendor applications will open March 25th.
The weekly event at Jaycee Park will run from May 22-October 2nd every Saturday from 9am-1pm.

The Chamber Annual Dinner is Thursday May 6th from 5:30-7:30pm at Fitzgerald Park.
The grab and go picnic style meal will be free for our members. Food, drinks and dessert will be provided by Brick haven Brewery, Log Jam Restaurant and Flour Child Bakery.
Awards will be given out and entertainment will be provided at the park.
Invitations will be mailed out this month.
We are planning to start the 2021 season of Music in the Park on Thursday night July 1st.
This season will hopefully have nine free concerts.
As we begin to work out the details, we will update everyone! We are hoping to have a one day celebration June 19th.
We anticipate being able to host a parade, music and fireworks.
As health guidelines are updated, we will plan more of this event. We have new T-shirts you can purchase to help support local businesses! For each item purchased, $8 goes to help our businesses.
Our monthly Career Curiosity Webinars sponsored by Consumers Energy continue this month with representatives from careers in welding, automotive, HVAC and plumbing.

The Consumers Energy Chamber Bucks Program is continuing in our community!
Be sure and use your bucks at the participating stores so we can keep writing checks.
So far 111 of them have been turned in, so keep 'em coming so we can write checks to businesses!
We are having a lot of fun getting out into the businesses and recording videos with them.
It has helped us to get to know the business owners in a fun and engaging way.
Each week we will share a new video on our Grand Ledge Chamber of Commerce - YouTube channel! We have revamped our website, so if you have an event that you would like to advertise on our website, be sure and fill out the SUBMIT YOUR EVENT. This way we can include it on the community calendar.
